I'm back in IN. I think I might file a complaint with Delta. On the way out to CA I was seated next to a very overweight women. She was so heavy that she took up part of my seat. I could not put my arm-rest down, and she needed an extension just to fasten her seat belt. I payed for a whole seat... not a portion of one! Another thing that is really getting on my nerves, the fact that EVERY time I fly I am "randomly seleccted" to be searched. Give me a break! I served our country for four years... leave me alone! On the flight home I sat next to a women that either had messed up bowels or an overactive bladder. About every twenty minutes she'd tap me on the shoulder (waking me up) so that she could use the bathroom. I tried to be patient but damn! She thought it was funny, "He he, I have a problem, in case you didn't notice." How about switching seats so that I don't have to get up all the time dumb@$$!

I've only been home since last night and already I miss my family. My little brother is no longer a little boy but a grown man and a husband. Next thing I know, he'll be a dad. My little sister will probaby be getting married next summer. She and her fiance are moving in together in about a week.

I just might lose my mind...

Relaxation is good. Sitting around the house for several days, hours on end is NOT good. I've been trying to come up with things to keep me busy so that I don't go nuts. I think I've payed Sims 2 to death, watched several movies, and lots of TV. I don't even have any homework to keep my mind working.

I got out for a little bit yesterday. I went shopping to try to find some stuff for Ryan and Shawna. I was also looking for a black or silver clutch to go with my dress for the wedding, but I was unable to find any that I liked. Most of the small purses for formal ocasions were gaudy... very overly decorated with sequins or beads. Yuck. Hopefully I'll have better luck today.

Tomorrow we are supposed to go to a birthday/birthday/birthday/graduation/graduation party at my uncle's house. It should be interesting considering that my dad and step mom don't care much for my uncle's new wife. Oh well enough for now.

Total Boredom

I'm still in CA. My little sister got engaged the other day. It's actually a funny story how it happened. I would tell you but I don't feel like it right now. The passed couple of days I've been sitting around the house. I went to work with my mom yesterday. It is summer school so it only went until noon. I went running yesterday too just to have something to do. My sister and her fiance are having a get together tomorrow to celebrate their engagement. I'm not sure who all is going. At least that will give me something to do.

Vegas Baby!

I got back from Vegas last night. I was SO glad to be out of the car. The drive seemed to take forever because we hit traffic on the way back. The actual time spent in Vegas, though, was AMAZING! We went to two lounges (Mix and Forty Deuce), and one club (Jet). Yesterday we went out to dinner at a place called Stack. The food was SO good. I wished that my hubby was there because he is a big steak fan and the steak was the best I have EVER tasted. ALL of the food was great though. I was nervous about going originally because I had only met a couple of the girls that were going previous to the trip. They all turned out to be very cool. I had a really good time. Maybe I'll go back some day :)
